1. Overview
Welcome to Tiny Human, T/A Find Your Power Project. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
These terms may be updated from time to time and it is the user’s responsibility to review them regularly.
2. Ordering process
- Customisation: As all of our products are made-to-order based on your specifications, please double check all personalisation details before placing your order. Sizing charts are available on each product page; please check these carefully before ordering. Where colours can be pre-selected, please ensure you have selected the correct ones, and when these are required via email please check you have requested the correct colours. Name spellings (where relevant) will be used as per your email, please ensure that all names are spelled correctly.
- Order confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the order details. If you need to make any changes, please contact us within 24 hours.
- Artwork proof: Where a proof is required, this will be sent across to the contact email provided. Please check this carefully because once this has been accepted, no further changes will be accepted.
- Lead time: This varies from product to product and is advised on each individual page, but orders typically require 3-4 weeks to complete. Please allow additional time for shipping.
- Cancellation: You have a right to cancel orders within 24 hours for a full refund. After this, we may have started work on your order to ensure we meet our delivery timescales, and late cancellations may be subject to a partial refund.
3. Payment terms
- Payment methods: We accept payments via Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Maestro, Union Pay and Shop Pay.
- Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in GBP and are subject to change at any time. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated during checkout.
- Security: We use Shopify’s secure payment gateways to protect your personal information. We do not store payment information on our servers.
- Refunds: If you have requested a refund or return on your order, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
4. Shipping and delivery
- Shipping time: We use Evri for delivery and will send all orders via their standard service (typically 2-5 working days). Please note that this timescale is an estimated and may vary due to unforeseen delays out of our control. We will provide tracking information for you to track your order once it has been shipped.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
- International shipping: This is not available. We only ship within the UK.
5. Returns and exchanges
- Custom orders: As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customised and bespoke orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases or defect or error on our part.
- Non-customised items: For non-customised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of the order being received, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Defects and errors: If there is an error with your order or a defect with the product, please contact within 2 working days of receiving it. We will either correct the issue or offer a replacement. If there is a spelling or colour error, if a visual proof was approved with these visible, this voids any refund or replacement. Please see section 6 for further details on colour variations.

6. Product quality and colour variations
- Colour and design variations: Due to variations in monitor displays and materials, slight colour differences may occur. We strive to represent our products accurately but cannot guarantee exact matches.
- Sizing: It is the customer’s responsibility to check the provided size charts. We cannot be held liable for items that do not fit as expected.
7. Intellectual property
- All designs, logos and images displayed on our website are the property of Tiny Human T/A Find Your Power Project and may not be used or reproduced without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy Policy
- Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
9. Limitation of liability
- Tiny Human T/A Find Your Power Project is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but limited to loss of profits, data, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surrey.
11. Changes to terms
- We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any updates.
