Shipping policy

 1.     Processing time

-        Made to order: Each item is custom-made and crafted with care. In some cases, you will need to approve a visual proof before the order is made. Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to create and prepare your item/s for shipping.

-        Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is places, and a follow-up notification once it has shipped.

2.     Shipping carrier

-        Carrier: We use Evri for all domestic deliveries (we do not ship outside the UK). Evri offers reliable and trackable shipping, ensuring your order arrives safely. 

3.     Shipping rates

-        Calculated at checkout: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. The final shipping rate will depend on the weight and size of your package. 

-        Local customers: Local customers can request to collect their order instead of having it shipped, and need to contact us for a free shipping code to use at checkout.

4.     Estimated delivery times

-        Domestic (UK): We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 2-5 working days for Evri to deliver but this is an estimate and may vary due to unforeseen delays out of our control. We will provide tracking information for you to track your order once it has been shipped.

5.     Order tracking

-        Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress on the Evri website.

6.     Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

-        Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at findyourpowerproject@outlook.com with your order details. We will work with Evri to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.

-        Delayed shipments: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen delays. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist you in tracking any delayed packages.

-        Delayed items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery, including photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7.     Address errors

-        Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
