At Tiny Human T/A Find Your Power Project, each item is carefully crafted and/or customised to meet your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns. Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Custom orders
As our items are made-to-order and customised for each customer, we do not offer refunds or returns for custom orders unless the product is defective or there is an error in customisation due to our mistake.
2. Order changes and cancellations
- Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, changes may not be possible due to the customisation process.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as we may have begun preparing your order.
3. Defective or incorrect items
We take pride in the quality of our work and strive to deliver products to the highest standard. However, if you receive an item that is defective or does not match your order specifications, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Notify us within 3 working days of receiving the item. Email us at findyourpowerproject@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issues, and photos of the defect or error.
- Resolution: We will review your claim and, if approved, offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
4. Non-customised items
For any non-customised items (e.g. keyrings, ready made items or other non-personalised products), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The item must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
5. Return shipping costs
- Defective or incorrect orders: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Non-customised returns: For any non-customised item return, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a traceable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Refund processing
Once we receive your returned item (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
